30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@example.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided
  4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item. Simply follow the return process and specify that you'd like an exchange. If the new item has a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@example.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: Free shipping on exchanged items
